Job Description - Sales Assistant (home-based)

Job Description

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO by providing administrative and operational support. You will be responsible for managing the leads list and leads database, setting up CRM, and creating outreach campaigns to drive interest and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the leads list and leads database to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data
  • Setting up CRM tools to manage and track client interactions and performance, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline management
  • Creating outreach campaigns, including email campaigns and social media content, to drive interest and engagement
  • Conducting research to identify potential clients and market opportunities, including market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Generating reports and dashboards to track sales performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Providing administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and organizing events
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and projects
  • Bonus: Attend industry trade shows if required
     

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a sales support or sales administrative role in a B2B environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and track client interactions and performance
  • Experience in conducting research to identify potential clients and market opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or Undergraduate in business, marketing, or a related field

Additional Information

  • Working Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (MNL)
  • At least 20mbps for both download and upload speed
  • Has own equipment (laptop/desktop)
  • Equipment requirement: at least Intel Core i5 with 8GB RAM
