Sales Assistant (Non-Life Insurance)

The Agency Sales Assistant will be responsible for data entry, customer service and collecting, tracking and reviewing documentation for Oona Insurance as a support to the Sales Team. Works as a liaison between Oona Insurance and other Agency employees.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Reports pertaining to Agents Accreditation, sales production (new & existing), per sales office assignments.2. Monitoring of agents license due for renewal; production of agents (new/existing)3. Uploading of agent’s application & requirements to IC and MAPFRE portal4. Ensure Agents application to IC for Exam and Licensing5. Conduct Licensing review and Admin orientation to new recruits.6. Performs other tasks from time to time as required by immediate superior.7. Meets with business representatives to gain new business and partnerships;8. Supports sales office plans and marketing strategies implemented in the Sales Office9. Establishes network of clients by providing quality services to existing clients;10. Achieves individual goals and revenue targets11. Entertains inquiries from clients and agents and coordinates them with the concerned departments to immediate resolutions;12. Prioritizes important requests from clients/partners;13. Reviews and attends to emails requests from clients and partners;14. Computes rates and request renewals from clients15. Analyzes claims issues before acting on them;16. Releases renewal notices to dealers and clients;17. Prepares sales productivity report and submits to Sales Assistant Manager for perusal;18. Recruits, trains, and supports handled Distributor ClientQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.At least 2-3 years background or experience in non-life insurance.Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications.
