Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in converting leads for training courses into enrollments. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with potential students, following up on leads according to schedules and appointments, and effectively communicating the benefits of our courses to encourage enrollment. You will also be responsible for accurately entering lead notes and details into our system and ensuring a smooth transition from lead to enrollment.
Job Responsibilities: 
Lead Conversion:
  • Engage with leads interested in training courses and effectively communicate the value proposition to encourage enrollment.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into enrollments, meeting or exceeding conversion targets.
  • Lead Follow-Up:
  • Maintain a schedule for following up with leads according to predetermined timelines and appointments.
  • Ensure timely and persistent follow-up to nurture leads through the enrollment process and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Appointment Management:
  • Coordinate and manage appointments with leads to discuss course options, answer queries, and facilitate enrollment procedures.
  • Confirm appointments and ensure that leads are adequately prepared and informed for their scheduled meetings.
  • Communication and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions, including notes on discussions, follow-up actions, and enrollment status.
  • Communicate effectively with leads via phone, email, or other communication channels to provide information and support throughout the enrollment journey.

  • Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate over the phone, engaging leads and addressing their inquiries.
  • Strong written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally via email and other written correspondence.
  • Understanding of sales funnel concepts and strategies to efficiently move leads through the enrollment process.
  •  Ability to persuade and influence potential students to enroll in our training courses through effective verbal communication.
  • Proficient typing skills to enter lead notes and details quickly and accurately.
  • Knowledge of Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualifications and employment pathways, particularly in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
