Job Description - Sales Assistant/Coordinator

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Ensures materials for submission to Clients are available on time (cost estimates, digital proofs, mock ups, color swatches, etc.) by closely coordinating with corresponding support personnel.2. Supports AE with various reports as required by Clients.3. Does physical submission of Clients requirements to allow AE to do more important tasks.4. Attends to Clients’ inquiries in the absence of the AE.5. Assist the AE in identifying and resolving Client concern.6. Establish and maintains professional relationship with Clients in support of the AE.7.
