Sales Associate - Davao Occidental (financial/banking experience)

This role provides various benefits, including HMO coverage, annual salary increases, medical and dental allowances, a clothing allowance, and excellent prospects for career advancement, particularly for individuals with strong sales skills.Job Requirements:Completion of a 4-year degree program is mandatory.Previous experience in marketing and sales within the financial or banking industry is required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Must possess organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, strong public relations abilities, and the ability to handle pressure.Flexibility and the ability to articulate well are desirable traits.Willingness to engage in field work is necessary.Responsibilities as an Associate, Small Merchants in Davao Occidental:Responsible for establishing or terminating affiliations with new-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion within the assigned area.Provides assistance to the division and actively participates in company promotions and projects.Conducts searches and evaluations to identify potential merchants in the area, creating a portfolio of prospects.Regularly visits assigned merchants to promptly address their immediate needs and concerns.Reviews actual billings against targets and prepares weekly and monthly analysis reports to be submitted to the division and group head.Recommends and executes the termination of merchant affiliations based on various criteria, such as non-billers, failure to meet billing requirements, instances of fraud, or as recommended by CCAP (Customer Complaints Action Panel).Qualified applicants can expect to receive interview communications within 24-72 business hours, typically via a phone call.
