The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales and marketing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities within the steel industry and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in the steel sector.
- Understand the specific needs of steel industry clients and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for the steel industry segment.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and work closely with the legal department to ensure compliance.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the steel industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
