What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark .

As a Sales Chat Supervisor, you will lead, develop, and coach a team of Business Consultants to achieve sales targets, production, and quality goals. You will drive daily sales performance and revenue through strong, hands-on leadership while fostering a high level of motivation and engagement. You will work closely with leaders across the organization, maintain visibility on the floor, and provide support for escalated customer interactions. You will also oversee sales reporting, manage daily operational activities such as scheduling and payroll, and help build a performance-driven culture that recognizes and rewards excellence.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.  

• At least 2 years of inside sales experience, including sales leadership responsibilities.

• Prior chat-based sales experience within a BPO sales environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive plans that lead to sales success. 

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 

• Must thrive working in a dynamic, rapidly changing, and hyper-growth environment. 

• Works to achieve/exceed all goals, targets, and objectives with consideration to efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Background in a technology or digital marketing company preferred.
