Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Effectively communicate Rainy Day Recruitment’s services, strengths, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
2. Client Consultation:
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and job specifications.
- Gather comprehensive information about the roles to be filled, including qualifications, skills, and experience required.
3. Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across IT, Engineering & Professional Services sectors.
- Negotiate business terms, including fees, payment structures, and service agreements based on the role and requirements.
4. Job Order Management:
- Take detailed job orders and communicate requirements to recruitment consultants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain a positive client relationship.
- Provide ongoing support to clients during the recruitment process.
6. Feedback and Improvement:
- Solicit feedback from clients to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Use client feedback to refine services and processes for better client satisfaction.
7. Performance Management:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (preferably in the recruitment industry).
- Strong understanding of IT, Engineering, and Professional Services sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment CRM software.
