About the role
The Sales Data and Field Management Systems Specialist is responsible for analyzing sales data from the Spoors Effort Plus platform to generate actionable insights that enhance sales strategies, streamline field operations, and boost Bank Ambassador performance. This role also manages and maintains the Effort Plus Field Management Solution, ensuring seamless data flow, effective workforce tracking, and real-time performance monitoring. Additionally, the specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to provide strategic, data-driven recommendations that support KPI improvements and the achievement of company OKRs.
Administer, configure, and maintain the Spoors Effort Plus platform for efficient field force deployment, tracking, and task management.
Analyze sales and field activity data from Effort Plus to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Develop real-time dashboards and reports for leadership and sales teams using platform-integrated tools or external BI software (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
Ensure data from field operations is accurately encoded, validated, and synchronized with backend databases.
Monitor platform usage, system alerts, and field activity logs to ensure SLAs and operational compliance.
Train field users and ambassadors on system updates and best practices for using Effort Plus effectively.
Coordinate with Spoors technical support or internal IT for escalated issues, system enhancements, or customizations.
Maintain organized digital records and ensure backup protocols are consistently applied.
Support project timelines, conduct UATs (User Acceptance Testing), and report on implementation outcomes.
Continuously suggest system and process optimizations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Must haves
Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years in Systems Administration or Sales/Business Analysis roles.
Prior hands-on experience with Spoors Effort, field management platforms, or similar workflow automation tools is preferred.
At least 2 years in a Sales Analyst role or experience managing technology-based field operations is advantageous
Strong working knowledge of Spoors Effort / Effort Plus or equivalent platforms.
Experience with field force automation, mobile app-based task tracking, or territory management tools.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with platform integration, API management, or data syncing tools is a plus.
Understanding of cloud services and network protocols (especially if involved in system troubleshooting).
Competent in system administration, routine maintenance, and user access controls.
Exceptional data handling, data backup, and security compliance skills.
Ability to train users, manage change, and document system usage guidelines.
Critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
