Position : Sales Development Representative
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Central Standard time
Salary Range : $800 - $1,200

Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Ancile Services and its offerings.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria provided by the sales team.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects and establish a relationship of trust and credibility.
- Information Gathering: Gather relevant information about prospects' needs, challenges, and decision-making processes to inform the sales strategy.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospects and update the CRM system regularly.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
