Position: Sales Development Representative
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm EST
Holidays: US and PH Holidays with 3 weeks PTO
Salary Range: Up to $1,500/month (depending on the client’s final offer)
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally high-caliber candidate who is very personable and fits seamlessly with Fortuny's culture. We seek someone who is highly intelligent with a strong artistic sense. This individual must be extremely organized and skilled at problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Research: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will research high-end interior designers who could be potential customers for Fortuny. The candidate must differentiate between low-end and high-end interior designers, as Fortuny's products cater to a premium market.
- Updating CRM: Maintain and update the customer relationship management system and Email campaign marketing software.
- Perform A/B testing with email campaigns
- Contact and qualify potential customers (No cold-alling)
- Set appointments and follow up on leads.
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of experience with the relevant role
- Has proficiency in Email campaign software (we use NetSuite)
- Has proficiency in Project Management software (we use Microsoft Project)
- Has a high-quality internet/camera
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Copywriting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
