Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are a headhunter agency matching top talent in The Philippines with fast-growing US and global companies. We are hiring an ambitious and talented Sales Development Representative to join a Nimble company. Our client is a recruitment agency in the United States.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3 hours flexible, 5 hours overlap during EST business hours 

Salary range: $1,100 - $1,300 per month

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through various channels, including LinkedIn research, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, databases, and other sources.


• Enrich leads with contact information using Clearbit, Hunter.io, and ZoomInfo.


• Conduct in-depth research on target companies and decision-makers.


• Craft personalized cold emails to send to targeted leads and move to a closing call.


• Cold call decision makers and buyers to generate interest and move to a closing call.


• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.


• Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads for a steady pipeline.


• Follow-up with prospects and interested clients; triage prospects to recruitment team.


• Build long-term relationships with prospects for future sales opportunities.


• Work closely with sales and recruitment teams, plus senior management and CEO.
