This entry-level position offers an excitingopportunity for professionals looking to kickstart their careers in the technology salesindustry.Duties and Responsibilities:● Proactively identify and qualify potential leads to fuel our sales pipeline.● Conduct outbound calls and represent the company with utmost professionalism,effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients.● Utilize Salesforce.com to manage leads and sales activities efficiently, ensuringaccurate and up-to-date client information.● Address customer inquiries promptly, providing relevant information to kickstartor advance the sales process.● Maintain meticulous records of all call activities in HubSpot, ensuring accuracyand clarity.● Adhere to departmental standards for quality, consistently delivering exceptionalservice to potential clients.● Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achievingsales targets and optimizing conversion rates.● Meet defined productivity goals, demonstrating a results-driven approach to leadgeneration and appointment setting.● Follow weekly schedules and adapt to schedule changes based on call volumeand business needs.● Secure appointments and diligently follow up on leads, facilitating the progressionof sales opportunities.● Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industrydevelopments, providing valuable insights to enhance our sales efforts.● Generate regular reports on sales activities and results, offering transparentinsights to management for informed decision-making.Minimum Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management,or related fields is preferred.● Demonstrate a keen interest in technology and software solutions, particularlywithin the vacation rental or hospitality industry.● Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with acustomer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.● Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.● Ability to excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented atmosphere, with outstandingorganizational skills, a competitive spirit, and an energetic attitude.● Ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, concise solutions thataddress customer needs effectively.● Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams.● Amenable to reporting onsite and willing to work different shifts as needed toensure comprehensive customer support coverage.
