DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the sales operation in his division
• Identifies the marketable and feasible area where sellers could position
• Strategize the day-to-day activities of the division
• Design plans and programs to meet sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SD:

• Preferably a licensed broker
• Handled Sales Team 5 or more years
• Has an above average leadership skills
• Has an extensive knowledge in Real Estate
• Real Estate experience is a must
• College graduate.
