Your Impact:
Develop training materials including audio, video, electronic, PowerPoint and printed materials where applicable
Develop E-learning curriculum and content using Articulate 360 software
Work closely with curriculum owners to understand the needs
Ensure content is high quality and on brand
Revise and re-publish content as necessary
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to create a pipeline of content
Develop assessments based on learning objectives and content to test for knowledge transfer
Standardize the training content for a similar look and feel for consistency and operational efficiency
Your Experience:
Instructional Design: working knowledge of how adults in general – and salespeople specifically – learn; can synthesize information to extract what’s most important and present it in a way that helps sales people retain it
Organization: strong sense of how to logically and efficiently organize content in the overall course as well on the page
Project Management: able to prioritize, scope, plan, and execute and able to independently move multiple projects with tight deadlines forward in a fast-paced, global environment
Stakeholder Management: ability to collaborate with course sponsors and subject matter experts to assess needs and translate into relevant course objectives and compelling content
Teamwork: makes every collaboration productive and friction-free with curriculum owners and extended team members for each project to ensure requirements, timelines, roles, deadlines, and actions are understood and documented
Initiative: demonstrates resourcefulness when presented with technical or content related challenges; researches and/or asks for help when needed to independently move self and projects forward, in a fast paced, high volume culture
Adaptable: perseveres in the face of uncertainty and changing requirements; flexes meet critical business needs
Technical Fluency: an ability to learn new systems quickly as well as an intermediate to advanced level competency of common content development software: Microsoft Office, authoring tools (i.e. Articulate, Adobe Captivate), video and screen recording, audio editing and learning management platforms (i.e. Litmos, Saba)
Graphic Design: ability to lay out content, choose fonts and color schemes, and remove a background from an image
Communication: solidly grasps English with a strong vocabulary; ability to write and speak properly, confidently, and concisely in a practical, compelling, and informal way
Business Acumen: understands the opportunities, risks, and needs of internal and external sales forces and how software sales company’s go to market Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience with SCORM content management systems preferred. Excellent English (written and oral)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role
Ideally has worked with Articulate 360 tool previously
Experience in a fast-paced, iterative organization preferably within a global SaaS organization
