Job Description - Sales Engineer - Metro Manila

KONE provides elevators, escalators and a range of transformative digital solutions for buildings of all sizes, from low-rise housing to the world's tallest skyscrapers. KONE has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Sales Engineer to join our New Equipment Business (NEB) team to cover Metro Manila. You will maintain and develop new and existing clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Proactively develop customer relationships and have a connection with influential decision-makers in the business on target growth region in NCR
  • Handle Volume Sales and meet targeted KPIs.
  • Build rapport and resolve customer issues in a constructive and consultative manner.
  • Develop good rapport with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, Building Owners, and Builders
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalize on all lead opportunities, orders, and contracts.
  • Build key relationships and drive alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Estimating, tendering, and quoting small and large project submissions and actively following up

Are you the one?

  • Proven track record in sales handling business-to-business (B2B)
  • Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
  • Holds a driver's license and must be open to travel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong experience with reporting, forecasting and pricing.
  • Knowledgeable in CRM and Salesforce
  • Proactively present solution to customers.
  • Experience in Construction Equipment or Material is a Plus
  • An Individual who thrives under remote guidance and assistance.
