Scope & Responsibilities:


  • Meets with business representatives to explore new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Supports sales office plans and marketing strategies implemented within the sales office.
  • Establishes a network of clients by providing quality services to existing clients.
  • Achieves individual goals and revenue targets.
  • Addresses inquiries from clients and agents, coordinating them with the relevant departments for immediate resolutions.
  • Prioritizes important requests from clients/partners.
  • Reviews and attends to email requests from clients and partners.
  • Calculates rates and processes renewal requests from clients.
  • Analyzes claims issues before taking action.
  • Issues renewal notices to dealers and clients.
  • Prepares sales productivity reports and submits them to the Sales Assistant Manager for review.
  • Recruits, trains, and supports handled distributor clients.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in non-life insurance.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications.
