A sales coordinator staff usually performs many of the following tasks:
- Raising quotations
- Handling customer requests
- Chasing sales quotes
- Acquiring new customers/clients
- taking care of existing accounts/clients
- closing sales & growing the business
- Hitting daily sales targets
- Maintaining good customer relations/services
- Maintaining client records
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates and provides pertinent documents or forms to concerned departments and personnel to accomplish the work required to close and produce sales.
- Retrieves and provides detailed requirements for product quotation, manufacturing procedures, product developments and for other purposes.
- Communicates new product and service opportunities and requirements, special developments, information, or feedback gathered to appropriate department.
- Prepares, monitors, updates and files a variety of status reports and accurate records of all sales transactions and concerns thru call logs, client directory, purchase order monitoring sheets, customer complaint forms, sales order, weekly and monthly sales report and other applicable forms to maintain accurate records, adherence to goals and to maximize sales potential.
- Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
- Responsible for sending product samples to clients
- Manages account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Identifies and resolves all client concerns.
- Coordinates applicable company internal concerns to client and vice versa.
- Prepares contract and coordinate signing.
- Responsible for sales invoice counter receipt
- Responsible for maintaining current client relationships. Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction and retain business relationship.
- Prepares paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
- Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Supports and assists to hit sales targets.
- Assist the Sales Manager/Senior Vice-President in achieving sales goals and objectives
- Other related duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONSREQUIRED TRAINING:

- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's /College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration /Management/Marketing or equivalent .
- Must have at least one (1) year working experience in the related field.
- Effective Oral and Written Communication Seminar
- Excellent Customer service
- Selling Skills Seminar (Successful selling, Strategic sales negotiation, Principles of professional selling, Fundamental selling technique for the new or prospective sales person)
- Professional Communication (Transforming client challenges in success)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
