Your responsibilities

• Assist to develop new business opportunities: Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved. And prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide solutions to the customers.
• Assist to prepare sales documents such as quotations, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing lists, delivery documents, and payment settlement/refund.
• Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with their local partners and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
• Monitoring of internal practices and processes, administrative activities, and weekly reports to maintain good relationships with business partners.
