Job Description - Sales Executive - AFG/LG (Makati)

Position: Sales Executive (AFG)/ (LC)Job description- Responsible for conducting sales activities for hardware or software solutions and services which include among others: prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing, and implementing sales objectives and strategies, achieving assigned monthly sales quota and extensive market penetration for the assigned company product lines in various industry.- Required to develop a highly positive customer relationship thru regular client visits, attending to sales call on a business-like manner and proper presentation of solutions to address the needs of the clients/customers.Key Responsibilities:-Identify and target potential customers- Provide forecast of sales opportunities-Sustain good relationship with prospects and clients-Conduct presentation to showcase the value of our products-Collaborate with the team to ensure sales target achievementQUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCES:- Degree in Engineering, Business Management/Administration or any business-related course- With minimum 2 years or more extensive experience in sales/marketing management, product development- Proven track record in credit collection, meeting sales targets, developing distribution networks, and can work under extreme business pressure- Preferably with sales experience in the Engineering Industry, or knowledge in the BIM/CAD Software Industry like Archidad/ Autodesk Revit/ Sketch up/ LumionSkills and Desirable Traits:• Ability to establish and maintain wide network with customers in all industry; confidence to establish a strong client-based relationship• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; ability to exert noticeable impact in customer related affairs and decision making.• Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills• Strong initiative with excellent business orientation / with sound business judgment• Background in sales/market analysis and product positioning• Strong corporate image and sales personality, high professionalism in dealing with customers• Ability to deal with all types of people with perseverance and great deal of enthusiasm; ability to work in a team environment• With “Can do” attitude and commitment to excellenceEmployment Type: Full-time and PermanentWith Performance Incentives, Commission, Yearly Bonus, and 13th Month Pay*C-6/10 or 19/24
