Job Description - Sales Executive for Kitchen and Hospitality Equipment

As a Sales Executive for Kitchen and Hospitality Equipment, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our diverse range of kitchen equipment, appliances, and hospitality solutions to commercial clients. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.Responsibilities:Identify and qualify prospective clients within the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, resorts, catering companies, and institutional kitchens.Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, industry associations, and referrals to generate leads and expand the customer base.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, chefs, kitchen managers, and procurement professionals at client organizations.Understand clients' specific needs, preferences, and operational requirements, and recommend suitable kitchen and hospitality solutions to address their challenges.Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and equipment trials to showcase the features, benefits, and performance of our kitchen equipment and solutions.Provide expert advice and recommendations on equipment selection, layout design, and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.Prepare customized sales proposals, quotes, and contracts based on client requirements, budget considerations, and project specifications.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.:Develop and implement strategic sales plans, targets, and action plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and business development.Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review and strategic decision-making.Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry and product selection to post-sales installation, training, and technical support.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and best practices in kitchen equipment, foodservice technology, and hospitality management.Attend training sessions, workshops, trade shows, and industry events to expand knowledge, skills, and network within the hospitality sector.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality equipment or foodservice industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and compelling manner.Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine passion for understanding and exceeding client expectations.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools and technology platforms.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.Benefits: Minimum pay with OT, Sales Commission, Government Mandatory benefits(SSS, Philhealth Pag-ibig)
