Job Description

To lead and develop a strong, professionals Sales Team ready to meet assigned targets in the most efficient and effective way, and capable to provide quality after sales service.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Good in customer skills, Experience in Sales and Marketing, Good in analytical skills & detail-oriented, Proficient communication skills (written & oral), Adept at people-handling and foster teamwork, Result-oriented and passionate to grow the business
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned at Mactan Lapu-lapu Branch.
