Sales Manager

A leading company specializing in R&D, manufacturing, sales and service in environmental and thermal energy utilization is seeking to hire a Sales Manager

• Responsible for international market penetration and development of regional market, explore for new customers and consultants resources
• Responsible for customers management, distribution channel, customer satisfaction survey and to penetrate more distribution channels
• Involve in promoting and selling of company products (Industrial HVAC, AHU, Chillers, VRF and others product range)
• Formulate and implement strategic plan according to Company's strategy, and to achieve sales target as required
• Risk measurement for all sales order and to ensure smooth payment from customers
• Involve in exhibition activities as required, organize product training to customers and distributors
• Collection of sales data and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
