This is a remote position.

Position Title: Sales Manager
Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 40,000.00 – Php 60,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear individual and team performance goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient processes.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance data.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
• Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure cost-effective operations while maximizing sales revenue.

Qualifications as a Sales Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
