Sales ManagerJob DescriptionObjectives: Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings Research consumer needs and identifies how our solutions and product offering meetthem Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzingperformance data, and projecting future performance Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuringthe team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new productsand competition statusQualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration 5+ years experience in Sales Management within a corporate setting Proven track record of success of the sales cycle from planning to closing Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibility andeffectively at all levels of the organization Strong negotiation skills Preferably has experience dealing with Government Agencies and LGU’s thru publicbidding (RFQs and ITBs) Knowledgeable with PhilGeps platform is an advantage.Key Responsibilities: Create and execute strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends thereach Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them andunderstanding their needs Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holdingdaily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progressregularly Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the managementteam Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply anddemand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of ourcompany's relationship with them Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture keydemographics Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customerinteractions Prepare reporting as needed
