The Sales & Marketing Assistant supports sales and marketing teams by tracking, organizing and reporting sales and marketing information S/he Inputs and updates customer data and price quotations in a database, and resolves sales related issues.Coordinates with the Field Sales Supervisor and reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.Duties:Assist the Account Managers/Business Development ManagersAssist the PresidentPrepare Sales Quotations and manages Customer DatabaseAccommodate ordersPerform tasks of an after-sales representative such as but not limited to handling of after sales call & meetings/face to face appointments with clientPerform telemarketing tasks in line with the Product Marketing PlanCoordinates marketing activities and ensures deadlines are met and programs have been properly measuredProvide support to Customer Relations DepartmentSet up and coordinate meetings and conferences. Coordinate employee travel (air/land/lodging, etc.) to and from Marketing related conventions and conferencesAssist in special accounts and projectsPrepare weekly & monthly sales summaries per Account ManagerPrepare summarized Inventory reportProvide status reports to the President on overall sales reportPerform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filingMaintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
