To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by providing effective and efficient support to the Sales and Marketing teams in Asia.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
Process Tracking and mapping for sales and marketing Develop, innovate and create marketing solutions for the sales and marketing departments including but not limited to;PremiumsPromotionsCollateralCMP BoothsHost DesksSales ToolsCompetitionsSPIFF / Motivational toolsTraining resourcesOnline tools and resourcesSales pitch tools Assisting with inbound staff and management enquiries relating to sales and marketing processes, operational outcomes and best practices. Coordinating new and updating existing sales and marketing collateral pieces and implementations Ensuring all collateral pieces are up to date with relevant branding and terms and conditions Ensuring reports are distributed to all key stakeholders in a timely manner Communicating performance trends and analysis to Sales and Marketing management Testing and auditing of new reporting tools and information to ensure accuracy and data integrity Providing Ad-hoc information requests Work with all key relationships on initiatives to improve sales and marketing programs and project manage where necessary Effective information and data management Employees must ensure they comply with OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by the Company. Employees must not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety. Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible. KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
Exceptional organizational ability Exceptional attention to detail An understanding of sales and marketing processes and vacation ownership industry knowledge is preferred Advanced skills in MSWord, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. Strong business acumen Excellent time management, organization & presentation skills Experience in working to deadlines and driving internal and external customers to schedule Initiative and problem-solving skills High level of energy and self-motivation Strong rapport building skills Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work autonomously A Team player, willing to be flexible in tasks and hours worked as the role and deadlines require.
