Sales & Marketing Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-Contribute to the development of marketing strategies-Conduct market research on customers and competitors-Design and implement marketing plans for the hotel-Coordinate with media representatives, sponsors, and influencers-Create digital marketing contents on promos and communications-Develop targeted sales strategies-Handle client queries, contracts and reservations-Maintain client relations-Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas-Prepare and present sales performance reports QUALIFICATIONS:-Graduate of Marketing, Business, or any related field-Experience in sales and marketing from hotel industry -Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and project management skills-High-level communication (verbal and written) and networking skills-A passion for sales and writing-Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
