Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Metro Manila / Luzon in the role of Mortgage Loan Sales Officer .

As a Mortgage Loan Sales Officer , your role is to solicit home loan applications and build strong relationships with accredited developers. You'll assist clients referred by these developers, as well as those sourced from alternative channels. You'll be expected to provide guidance throughout the loan application process and ensure a smooth, customer-friendly experience.

What the role will entail

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with accredited developers and support their teams in sourcing quality home loan applications.
• Handle client and broker inquiries, conduct client calls, and provide timely updates on application status.
• Ensure smooth processing and quick conversion of Approved But Unavailed (ABU) accounts.
• Monitor and follow up on documentary requirements, securing approvals for delays when necessary.
• Deliver excellent partner and client experience through prompt feedback and efficient coordination.

What we're looking for

• Degree in any four-year business course
• At least three (3) years of experience in sales or a related field
• Demonstrates strong negotiation skills, interpersonal relationship-building, and a high level of integrity and character
• Results-driven, highly motivated, and exhibits strong attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in mortgage and loan transactions, credit evaluation, and proficient in MS Office applications
• Possesses above-average verbal and written communication skills
