About the Role



The role of the Sales Operation Specialist (Order Processing Specialist) is one that bridges the functions and responsibilities of supply and delivery. The role is customer and vendor facing as well as one that works closely with the internal functions of Parts, Finance, Graphics Design. A high level of engagement and proactive involvement with each of these areas is required to be successful. This position is responsible for the review, development, and continuous improvement of internal processes for the benefit of streamlining and increasing the quality of card supply and service.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the supply and delivery of cards and media in line with company-established lead times, manufacturing standards, logistics, and customer purchasing cycles

  • Respond to all customer inquiries by phone and email within service level requirements

  • Consistently review open projects to meet milestones and designated timelines, manage project scope, and resource availability while delivering regular updates with Stakeholders

  • Compare product deliveries with issued Purchase Orders and contact vendors with discrepancies

  • Maintain proactive communication with customers

  • Stay up to date with industry trends

  • Responsible for KPI data reporting to reduce expenses and maintain a high quality of service

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with product, communicate quality concerns to vendor, and provide necessary information to CMSC for customer renumeration


Perform other duties as directed.



Required Skills and Experience




  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, purchasing, or a similar field.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience with NetSuite or other Enterprise Resource Planning system IE. Zendesk

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrates a proven attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities and tasks

  • Well-organized and self-motivated

  • Must work well in fast paced team environment

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build a positive working relationship with the US Leadership team.

  • Cultivate a strong working relationship with Perth and Singapore Supply Chain teams.
