Job Description - Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce)

As a Sales Operations Analyst/Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial engine, working with the systems and data that drive strategic decisions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, collaborate across Sales and Marketing, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in Sales Operations, CRM, and business analytics.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For


We’re looking for someone who loves getting the details right and understands that clean, accurate data is the backbone of great business decisions.


You might be a great fit if you:



  • 📊 Have experience in Sales Operations, CRM management, or data analysis (3–5 years ideal)

  • 🔍 Enjoy working with data—organizing it, improving it, and making it actionable

  • ⚙️ Are comfortable using Salesforce and Excel (bonus if you’ve touched PowerBI, HubSpot, or similar tools)

  • đź§  Think analytically and naturally spot inconsistencies or opportunities to improve processes

💼 What You’ll Do



  • Maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce and related systems

  • Execute data imports, updates, and cleansing with precision

  • Support reporting, dashboards, and operational workflows

  • Help Sales and Marketing teams work smarter through clean, actionable data

  • Contribute to process improvements and special projects
