The Role:

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales team, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of sales team. They are responsible for optimizing sales processes, analyzing data, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. You will be responsible for managing various sales processes, collecting and analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve overall sales performance.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimise the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness at each stage.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team and management.
  • Streamline and automate sales processes to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts. Identify and implement process and CRM system enhancements to support sales operations.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales performance against targets.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to the team, including training on sales tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records and sales pipelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Stay informed about sales best practices, new technologies, and industry developments, and make recommendations for their implementation.

  • Philippines/Malaysia

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Zoho or Salesforce and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and revenue metrics in a B2B/SaaS background.
