The impact you will have:
The Sales Operations Specialist is a key member of
our Sales Operations – Sales Process Team, accountable for
supporting the development and deployment of Softchoice’s sales processes
and sales operations processes.
This individual will work closely with the Manager, Sales
Process to support the development and delivery of the right
processes, programs, communications, and tools to help drive Sales
productivity improvement. They will
achieve success by leveraging their strong problem solving,
analytical, communication and project management skills.
What you'll do:
· Support sales process
improvement initiatives across all Softchoice’s sales channels
· Lead our core sales
organization communications initiatives
· Drive our 4th quarter
incentive program for the sales organization
· Create, deliver and
maintain training material to communicate and embed new
sales processes
· Support adoption of key sales
processes through incentive programs and ROI analyses
· Produce regular reporting and
analysis to surface insight on adoption of key sales processes
· Support annual quota setting
and territory planning for the assigned sales channel.
· Leverage sales system data to
inform territory coverage decisions that align with sales and company
objectives.
What you'll bring to the table:
· 3+ years in Sales, Sales
Enablement or Sales Operations role is preferred
· Proficiency with Microsoft
Tools – specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Sharepoint
· Experience with
Salesforce & Power BI
· Creative and strategic thinker
who loves to solve problems
· Superior analytical skills
using data to communicate tool / program ROI and insights
· Strong business acumen and
project management skills
· Strong critical thinking and
problem-solving skills
· Strong written, oral
communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong stakeholder
management with sound business judgment
· Experience leading
training 1x1, small groups and virtual settings
· Experience dealing at
executive level
