Sales Product Specialist

Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase value and address client inquiries
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while ensuring profitability
• Convert leads into sales by addressing client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process
• Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Set and track sales goals, develop strategies for driving growth, and provide regular sales reports

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to understand customer needs and address them effectively
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
