Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase value and address client inquiries
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while ensuring profitability
- Convert leads into sales by addressing client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Set and track sales goals, develop strategies for driving growth, and provide regular sales reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to understand customer needs and address them effectively
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
