Sales Quality Lead - Mandaluyong - Up to 50K

We are looking for Sales Quality Lead for a BPO Company in Mandaluyong City

This is an Onsite role that follows a Shifting Schedule

Salary is up to 50K depending on experience and interview results

Minimum Requirement of at least 3 years of leadership experience is required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in college
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience handling Quality Teams
• Must have at least 2 years inbound/outbound Sales experience
• Experience in working in a quality management role
• Expertise with QA processes, definition documents and scoring guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market

Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing and managing a company's quality control function.
• Developing procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitoring performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communicating with employees and management about quality control information.
• Working with an operations teams to establish procedures and quality standards and monitor these against agreed targets.
• Coordinating and conducting audits, both internal and external to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
