Sales Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and people-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our Student Healthcare Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting students and aspiring healthcare professionals for various healthcare programs and career opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong sales and recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote student healthcare programs and career opportunities to prospective candidates.


• Source and recruit qualified students and healthcare candidates through various channels, social media, referrals, campus partnerships, and networking.


• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews/consultation, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability.


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet recruitment targets.


• Develop relationships with universities, colleges, training institutions, and student organizations.


• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.


• Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment and placement goals.


• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional support.


• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus activities as needed.


• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.


• Must have 2-3 years of experience in sales recruitment, or healthcare recruitment.


• Experience working in staffing or recruitment agency is strongly preferred.


• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales target-driven environment.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
