• To undertake recruitment activities for the Sales Team from job advertising to interviewing candidates, placement,
• To monitor and update seller's database; and
• To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients. 
• To handle end-to-end training process from needs analysis, design and development, implementation,
  and evaluation of effectiveness for accredited sales partners; and 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 6 months - 1 year of working experience handling Sales Recruitment and Training from a real estate company.
• Preferably knowledgeable or with experience in SAP.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player and can do multi tasking.
• Detail and customer oriented.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati area.
