Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be eloquent in communication, skilled in presenting technical concepts, and experienced in selling within the construction or furniture industry. This role is responsible for building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the construction and furniture markets.
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations with technical accuracy.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales within the construction, furniture, or related industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
• Strong technical understanding of construction/furniture materials and processes.
• Persuasive, confident, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be based in Quezon City and travel to client sites as needed.

Compensation:

• ₱20,000+ monthly salary plus commission and performance incentives
