Job Description

• Sales planning and execution
  - Executes the sales plan of the assigned area to achieve business objectives and targets.

• Customer acquisition
  - Proactively acquire new customers in order to grow existing customer base.
• Customer management
  - Build trust to new and existing customers by providing exceptional customer service.
• Value selling
  - Build value for the customer by identifying pain points and needs.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Animal Husbandry are strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of successful consultative sales experience in feeds
• Fluent in Bisaya
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment
• A self-starter
