Sales Representative (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and prospecting client leads through a combination of cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to foster recurring business.
• Create and deliver impactful sales presentations articulating the distinctive value proposition.
• Negotiate service contracts, oversee account management, and deliver ongoing customer support.
• Surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry and competitive trends to enhance sales strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with our marketing and recruitment teams to guarantee client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Demonstrated success in effectively selling advertising, marketing, and/or recruitment services.
• Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiar with CRM software and adept at utilizing sales databases.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
