Sales Representative (Insurance)

This is a remote position.

• Act as the first line of contact for the company
  
• Cold call potential clients using leads list
  
• Learn details about service offerings
  
• Deliver scripted talks that provide information on the Company’s services
  
• Serve as a resource and consumer advocate to potential clients 
  
• Survey potential clients about their experiences with the same service offerings from other provider
  
• Follow up on previous client interactions for potential appointments
  
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in the CRM
  
• Keep records of calls and appointments and track those who do not want to be contacted in the future
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor
  
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
  
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  
• Resilient and motivated with a positive attitude
  
• Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
