Sales Settlement Analyst

Job Description:

• Ensure that all sales documents are encoded and analyze on a regular basis. Report any discrepancies.
• Responds to a client inquiry with research and provides an answer in an appropriate amount of time.
• Required to maintain documentation files and periodically prepared reports (Deviation, Unsettled Shortages, etc.)
• Responsible to monitor Sales Personnel submission of documents and ensure compliance with the existing policies.
• Increases productivity by developing automated applications, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
• Provide financial advice to sales team for proper documentation and minimize if not to eliminate the control risk.
• Participate in process improvements projects and support other management directives.
• Initiate control measures in all aspects of settlement transactions and activities.
• Should protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Attend to other tasks that may be assigned by Immediate Superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy
• At least 1 -3 years of work experience in the related field is required.
