Sales Specialist (Sales, Business Development, CSR, CS Supervisor)

1.) Sales Specialist

Requirements:

• College graduate of any four-year course; preferably with successful sales experience.
• Computer literate in Windows-based applications.
  Has excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and business correspondence knowledge).
• Preferably female.
• Has entrepreneurial skills.
• Has interpersonal skills.
• Willing to report on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Can do fieldwork.
• Can start immediately.

Job Description:

• Prepares sales and business proposals to prospective clients.
• Identifies all prospective clients for electronic card-based solutions and applications.
• Responsible for acquiring and managing Accounts through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits.
• Collects marketing intelligence related to the card industry and competition.

2.) Sales Admin Assistant

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing and other related fields.
• Preferably female.
• At least 1 year of work experience in performing executive and/or administrative functions. Computer literate and knowledgeable in Basic Windows Applications.
• Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results-oriented;
• Has good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willing to report on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Can start immediately.

Job Description:

• Assist Account Coordinator with terminal-related concerns received from accounts daily.
• Provides complete and timely reports and updates to accounts based on set deliverables of key support groups.
• Establishes filing and documentation of the encoding system of account and other official and business-related records.
• Coordinates with Operations Department in the pick up and delivery of supplies, terminals, paper consumables, etc. to merchants.

3.) Product Marketing Executive

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the related field.
• Has experience reviewing contracts, and other documents, training people and research.
• Preferably has experience in the industry
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.

4.) Customer Service Representative (Local Account)

Requirements:

• Must be a college graduate of any course.
• Must be articulate, a fast-learner and have professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably female.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Can start immediately.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  

MAJOR FUNCTION: Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

5.) Customer Service Supervisor (Local Account)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree of any course.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office practices and procedure.

• Must have experience in handling and supervising people.
