About the role
We are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven Sales Strategy & Insights Analyst to support our regional sales teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Taiwan. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience in sales operations or business analytics, who enjoys diving into data, building dashboards, and improving how sales teams operate.
You will be part of the Sales Operations team, reporting to the Business Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, and work closely with Sales, Finance, and CRM teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and insights.
What You’ll Do
Act as the go-to operations and data partner for our sales teams across multiple markets.
Own and maintain key reporting dashboards using Salesforce, Looker, and Google Sheets.
Manage contracting, invoicing, and data alignment processes across Sales and Finance.
Maintain accurate customer and partner master data including CRM hierarchy and legal agreements.
Support the configuration and tracking of sales territories, incentives, and commissions.
Provide onboarding and training for new sales team members on systems and processes.
Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement scalable tools and solutions.
Partner with leadership on strategic projects to enable sales growth.
3–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.), dashboards, and large datasets.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Looker (or similar BI tools).
Clear communicator who can translate data into insights.
Experience in high-growth or tech/startup environments is a plus.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you love improving how things work.
