Job Description - Sales Supervisor

Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, guide, train, and make sure the Sales Engineers achieve their goals and targets. 
  • Perform technical selling. 
  • Maintain, improve existing customer relationships while building new ones. 
  • Plan and oversee product/brand targets to make sure we reach or exceed projected numbers of assigned principal partner 
    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Electrical/Electronics and Communications engineering or any business related field of study. 
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience or exposure in sales. 
  • Computer literate. 
  • Must be willing to work in extended hours and do field works. 
  • Preferably with driving skills and license with 1 and 2 restriction code.
