QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related course
• With at least 2 years proven experience in sales, marketing or business development. Experience in forwarding, logistics or warehousing industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. With ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Proficient in MS Office programs and Google suite
• Willing to travel within Davao Region (Region 11, 12 and neighboring regions), with driver's license
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company volume targets
• Develop and lead a high-performing sales team. Monitor team's performance, and provide feedback and guidance for improvement
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Plan on sales visits when necessary
• Stay up to date with industry trends, customer needs and market dynamics to inform sales strategies
• Coordinate with operations team to tailor solutions that meet clients' logistics needs
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management when necessary
