Job Description - Sales Support Administrator

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our North America team at IES. This is a crucial role for the company as the successful candidate will provide administrative support across the sales team. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to who has a real interest in providing high level customer service in a fast-paced working environment.

The successful candidate will carry out the following tasks:

Sales Team Support:

Lead qualification and delegation to sales team

Sales Demo and Meeting coordination

Pre and Post sales license support

CRM record maintenance and database building

Renewal support and management

Working closely with the IESVE sales team

The Candidate

Essential Skills:

At least 3 years’ experience working in an office administrative support role

Understanding of sales processes and operations

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and understanding best practices of customer service

A proven ability to work on their own initiative

Be capable of supporting other members of the IES team

Excellent organizational and communication skills

The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to assist other teams as needed

Desirable Skills:

SalesForce experience

Background/Education in Business or Software/Technical sales
