Job Description - Sales Support Analyst - AUM/Index

Overview:

ISS STOXX is seeking a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Sales Support organization. This position will focus mainly on support activities for our AUM-based and Index businesses, with a specific focus on business lines centered in the EMEA region. Success in this role requires attention to detail and ability to work well and communicate clearly with other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for calculating variable fees on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as per client’s contract and current volumes.
  • Review contract, understand fees and invoicing requirements.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operation Team to amend Salesforce Opportunities based on calculated fees.
  • Work with Billing Team to ensure clients are invoiced timely.
  • Follow-up with clients on a regular basis to obtain total AUM / usage as required for calculating fees (client-facing)
  • Participate in various projects within the finance organization.
  • Other ad hoc projects and reconciliations
  • Complete client questionnaires manually and via third party portals.
  • Coordinate clear responses to client due diligence requests, working in partnership across various departments throughout the business.
  • Assist in developing and refining the due diligence and client form process.

  • Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business or Finance related degree 
  • Finance background, preferably with prior experience in a similar role
  • Contract/revenue accounting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand contract terms and requirements.
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and hard working.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong Excel skills essential.
  • Experience with completing due diligence questionnaires and ACH forms is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn multiple facets of the ISS business.
  • Excellent communication skills, outgoing and confident.
  • 1-3 years working experience; experience in Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Ability to pursue independent solutions to problems and suggest process improvements.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Open to work on EMEA (mid-shift) 1:00pm -10:00pm or 2:00pm - 11:00pm
