What you will do:

• Monitors and ensures Sales Associates'/District Sales Managers' on-boarding and deployment process is running smoothly.
• Disciplinary case management of SAs/DSMs
• Ensures all emails/ticket received will be solved within the defined SLA.
• Manages distribution of marketing materials and POS Supply as well as maintaining of sufficient stock inventory for all materials.
• Consolidation and releasing of request for POS Supplies and Marketing Materials.
• Ensure to provide support to Sales Network concerns
• Ensures documents received for POS Opening are processed and archived properly and timely.
• Provides support to Partner Retailers and Account Owners by attending to their email concerns (DA, DR, Payent Concern, etc.) within 24 hrs SLA.

What you should have:

• Proficient in MS Application
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in a fast paced environment.
• Preferably with experience in administrative work
