Job Description - Sales support Specialist

Fellow is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our wholesale team and support our international team and customers. Reporting into the Director of International Sales, this position plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the management of our most significant international accounts. This position requires a meticulous, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual who will work very closely with the international Account Managers to ensure that all aspects of the client relationship run smoothly.


The International Sales team is composed of four Account Managers that handle regional or channel focused books of business.  This position will offer critical support of day to day objectives and tasks for this team of Account Managers. The Sales Support Specialist will accomplish all of this while living out Fellowship Thinking, our leadership principles:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle entry of purchase doers into ERP system (Netsuite) 
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Coordinate sample shipments with sales and logistics teams
  • Fill out product SKU & data sheets for customers (Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Provide support with customization orders (Email, Asana)
  • Execute updates and changes for wholesale pricing and replacement parts lists
  • Liaise with Sales Manager and CX for warranty-related issues
  • Assist with Credit Memos

Systems: 

  • NetSuite
  • Salesforce
  • Asana
  • Google Suite: Sheets, Docs, etc.
  • Slack


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role or similar position
  • High proficiency in systems listed above and Google Sheets / Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • An appreciation for specialty coffee and products would be a nice bonus, but not required
  • Amenable to work in Night Shift
